Grateful to Work in Japan
France
27 / From the Philippines / 3 years of residency
I have three years of work experience in Japan and have grown to love the country deeply. I always wanted to return to Japan and pursue the caregiving work I’ve been longing for, so I’m truly glad to have found “MIRAI.” Not only did "MIRAI" help improve my Japanese skills for free, but it also gave me the opportunity to work in Japan again.
Since returning to Japan, I have been determined not only to work hard but also to study Japanese conversation and kanji daily. I aim to communicate smoothly with Japanese staff and the people I care for. My ultimate goal is to become a certified caregiver and build a long-term life and career in Japan.

Aiming to Become a Certified Caregiver
Ali
25 / From Indonesia / 3 years of residency
It has been almost six months since I started working at a facility for people with disabilities in Chiba Prefecture. The work environment is excellent, and I enjoy my job every day! I’m currently in my fourth year living in Japan. While I found living in a big city overwhelming and exhausting due to the crowds, I’m much happier now in my quiet and secluded area.
I was struggling without a job, but “MIRAI” introduced me to a great opportunity, and I’m truly grateful for that. I’m so glad I found “MIRAI.” I want to continue working here for a long time, and that’s why I’m aiming to become a certified caregiver!
